Wm. Mulherin’s Sons is seeking a hospitality-driven Bartender/Server to thrive in a fast-paced, design-forward setting. The role offers cross-training between the bar and floor, emphasizing teamwork, guest experiences, and consistency.

Ideal candidates bring prior bartending or serving experience in high-volume environments and a passion for hospitality. Weekend availability and the ability to stand for long periods are required.

Qualifications

• Strong cocktail, wine, and spirits knowledge (or willingness to learn).
• Excellent communication and guest-engagement skills.
• Ability to stay calm, organized, and upbeat during busy service.
• Weekend availability.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, attentive, and intuitive service that reflects the Mulherin’s guest experience.
• Cross-train and work seamlessly as both a bartender and server depending on business needs.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages with accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar and service station.
• Guide guests through menu offerings, including wood-fired pizzas, handmade pastas, and seasonal dishes.
• Collaborate with the FOH and BOH teams to ensure smooth service flow.
• Uphold all safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards.
• Support opening, closing, and shift-change procedures.
• Contribute to a positive, professional, and inclusive team culture.

Working Conditions/Environment:
