Job summary

Neighbor is hiring a Host Success Agent to assist commercial and residential property owners in growing earnings on our platform. You will schedule calls to create Google Maps pins, optimize listings, and scale our signage program.

This role blends customer service with operations to improve processes and outcomes for property owners and renters. The position emphasizes phone-based communication, process adherence, and initiative to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• At least one year of work experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with customers over the phone in a professional manner.
• Ability to follow a process while spotting ways to improve it.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a high volume of work without significant oversight.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and execute phone calls with property owners to help them create Google Maps pins for Neighbor listings, 50-75% of time.
• Improve Google Maps pin quality and performance through ongoing optimizations (photos, descriptions, reviews).
• Help scale Neighbor’s signage program by distributing signs to property owners.
• Serve as the front line of communication with property owners to improve listings and attract renters.
• Propose solutions to make Host Success initiatives more efficient and effective.
