Job summary

Neighbor is building the largest hyperlocal storage and parking marketplace, and we seek a Marketing Operations Specialist to scale Google Maps pins across thousands of listings. You will partner with hosts to ensure pins are accurate, compliant, and high performing.

You will manage pin setup, optimization, and process improvements while tracking metrics like impressions, clicks, and calls to drive growth across our platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least one year of work experience in a customer-service-driven position.
• Detail-critical work where accuracy mattered, whether in a job, internship, or school.
• Experience managing a high volume of work while staying organized.
• Able to follow a process closely while spotting ways to make it better.
• Comfortable in spreadsheets and quick to learn new tools.

Responsibilities

• Google Maps Pin Setup: Work directly with Neighbor hosts to create and maintain Google Maps pins for their listings.
• Pin Quality & Compliance: Ensure pins follow best practices and Google guidelines, including accurate categories, descriptions, photos, service areas, and business details.
• Pin Optimization: Improve pin quality and performance through ongoing optimizations (photos, descriptions, categories, attributes, etc.).
• Operational Scaling: Help build repeatable processes to scale pin creation and optimization across thousands of listings.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance metrics (rank, impressions, actions, calls, clicks) and report on learnings.
