Responsibilities:

• Create a memorable first and last impression.
• Greet Guests warmly, seat them efficiently, and ensure a smooth transition to service staff.
• Coordinate seating with urgency and professionalism.
• Engage with Guests through genuine conversations and smiles.
• Know the menu well to recommend and upsell products.
• Answer phone calls promptly and professionally.
• Assist in bussing tables, delivering food and drinks, and ensuring excellent customer service—teamwork is essential.
• Lead the lobby experience, upholding Outback hospitality standards.
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards during your shift.

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to lift/move up to 30 lbs and work in hot/cold environments.
• Ability to walk, stand, or bend for extended periods.
• For California positions: Responsible Beverage Service Certification required (can be obtained during training or within 60 days of start).
