We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Licensed Loan Officer Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be familiar with retail purchase loan origination, working closely with real estate agents, structuring loans, analyzing income, running Automated Underwriting Systems (AUS), and managing purchase loan transactions from application to close. Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills, along with a commitment to exceptional customer service, are essential.
Location : This position can work from home in Arizona, but our preferred candidate resides and works in Tucson, AZ.
