RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Make a memorable first and last impression.
• Greet incoming and departing guests warmly. Seat guests in the dining and bar areas, ensuring a smooth handoff to service staff.
• Coordinate wait times and seat guests promptly.
• Maintain a friendly demeanor and engage in genuine conversations with guests.
• Have a general knowledge of the menu and be able to recommend and upsell products.
• Answer the phone promptly and professionally, directing calls as needed.
• Assist throughout the restaurant by bussing tables, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring a WOW experience for guests. Teamwork is essential.
• Lead the lobby experience, following Outback hospitality standards.
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards during the shift.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 lbs.; work in hot and cold environments.
• Ability to walk, stand, or bend for long periods while performing duties.
• For California-based positions: Responsible Beverage Service Certifications are required (can be obtained during training or within 60 days of start).
