Job summary

Bally's Interactive in Rock Island, IL is seeking a guest-focused team member to deliver superior service in a dynamic dining environment.

You will greet guests, handle reservations and seating, keep areas clean, and support teammates while maintaining professionalism and hospitality at all times.

Responsibilities

• Develops, maintains a Service Culture that ensures the delivery of Superior internal/external guest service by all team members.
• Ensures department adheres to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures.
• Responsible for completing assigned side work and checklist.
• Maintain the highest standard of professionalism when interacting with guests and co-workers.
• Take reservations and create daily pre-assigned seating arrangements.
• Greet guest in a positive, welcoming manner as they arrive.
• Responsibilities include keeping work areas clean and organized.
• Bidding farewell to guests, using their name when known and encouraging them to return.
• Working as a team, assisting with guests and employees needs and inquiries.
• Anticipating the guest’s needs and responding appropriately with a sense of urgency.
• Responsibilities include maintaining par levels related to inventory ordering and restocking as needed.
• Knowledge of all promotions and events.
