Job summary

Bally's Quad Cities Casino & Hotel in Rock Island, IL seeks a hospitality-focused team member to deliver superior guest service and support bar operations. You will take orders, maintain cleanliness, manage inventory, and assist with promotions while adhering to policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Delivers superior guest service by all team members.
• Ensures department adheres to policies and procedures.
• Taking guest orders timely and accurately, using guest's name when possible.
• Keeps work areas clean and organized.
• Maintains daily maintenance of bar equipment.
• Pre-busses tables and transports dirty dishes to the dish station.
• Receives funds (cash for beverage charges) when required.
• Maintains par levels for inventory and restocks as needed.
• Has knowledge of promotions and events.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

• Develops, maintains a Service Culture that ensures the delivery of Superior internal/external guest service by all team members.
• Ensures department adheres to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures.
• Responsibilities include taking orders from guests in a timely manner and correctly according to order given. Using the guests name when possible.
• Keeping work areas clean and organized.
• Use daily maintenance of all bar equipment.
• Pre-bussing tables and taking dirty dishes to the dish station.
• Responsibilities may include receiving funds (cash for beverage charges).
• Responsibilities include maintaining par levels related to inventory ordering and restocking as needed.
• Knowledge of all promotions and events.
• All other duties as assigned.

Environmental Working Conditions:

• The work environment contains bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations.
• Target Salary Range $9 plus tips
