Job summary

At Bally's Corporation, we welcome guests and seat them in a station in a rotating manner, ensuring smooth flow and a positive first impression at our Stateline location. You will answer questions about the restaurant outlet and menu items, take reservations when needed, and alert a manager for guest issues or special needs, maintaining a courteous, professional service standard.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 months of related experience in a similar food outlet, hotel or casino atmosphere.
• Excellent customer service and communication with the ability to communicate in English.
• Ability to work flexible schedules to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
