Job summary

Bally's is seeking a service-oriented team member to assist servers with water, bread, butter, and start-of-service appetizers in our Shreveport restaurant. You will help maintain coffee service and refill water glasses, ensuring guests are refreshed and comfortable throughout their dining experience.

The role requires performing daily opening and closing side-work duties and maintaining a smoke-friendly environment while contributing to a welcoming, energetic team atmosphere.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Basic serving hygiene and safety awareness.
