Job summary

Omni Nashville Hotel is seeking a Kitchen Notes Host to warmly greet guests and seat dining parties in the Kitchen Notes restaurant. You will manage reservations, assist with seating, and help maintain a smooth flow during service at peak times.

As a Kitchen Notes Host, you will uphold Omni Standards, require a neat appearance, and be flexible to weekend and holiday shifts; OpenTable knowledge is a plus. This role supports servers and ensures a welcoming dining experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year experience as host in similar dining atmosphere.
• OpenTable knowledge preferred.
• Must be able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.

REPORTS TO: Kitchen Notes Assistant Manager, Kitchen Notes Manager
JOB PURPOSE: To ensure all guests are greeted and seated in a friendly and courteous manner using appropriate procedures, in accordance with Omni Standards.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Greet guests when entering the restaurant with a pleasant smile and superior customer service.
