Job summary

Community Options seeks foster care/host home providers in the Lubbock, TX area to offer a safe, home-like setting for individuals with developmental and/or physical disabilities. Providers will house and support a single individual in a family-like environment, with compensation structured as a per‑diem plus monthly room and board, tax-exempt.

We are seeking someone who is available to provide a safe and comfortable home, while ensuring the basic physical and emotional needs required for our individuals to live a high-quality life. You must have the ability to establish a comfortable, supportive, and genuine relationship with the individual you house and support.

Our Host Home Providers are contracted and reimbursed at a per-diem rate PLUS they receive monthly room and board from the individual they support – this income is tax exempt.
