Community Options, Inc. is seeking a Foster Care/Host Home Provider in Council Bluffs, IA to offer a 24/7 family-like setting for an individual with developmental or physical disabilities.

This independently contracted role includes a per-diem for services and monthly room and board provided by the individual supported, with income that is tax-exempt. The provider must have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, complete required trainings, and be open to supervisory visits in

We are looking for someone in the Council Bluffs, IA area!

We are seeking someone who is available to provide a safe and comfortable home, while ensuring the basic physical and emotional needs required for our individuals to live a high-quality life. You must have the ability to establish a comfortable, supportive, and genuine relationship with the individual you house and support.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Valid Driver's License
• Will need to successfully complete trainings through Community Options
• Must be open to supervisory visits in your home

Our Host Home Providers are contracted and reimbursed at a per-diem rate PLUS they receive monthly room and board from the individual they support – this income is tax exempt.
