Community Options, Inc. in Council Bluffs, IA seeks compassionate individuals to become Foster Care/Host Home Providers. This independently contracted role offers a 24/8 family-like setting for a person with developmental and/or physical disabilities.

Providers are contracted and reimbursed at a per-diem rate plus monthly room and board from the person supported, with income that is tax exempt. This is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

We are looking for someone in the Council Bluffs, IA area!

We are seeking someone who is available to provide a safe and comfortable home, while ensuring the basic physical and emotional needs required for our individuals to live a high-quality life. You must have the ability to establish a comfortable, supportive, and genuine relationship with the individual you house and support.

Our Host Home Providers are contracted and reimbursed at a per-diem rate PLUS they receive monthly room and board from the individual they support – this income is tax exempt.
