Job summary

REM Community Services, part of Sevita, seeks a Program Director IDD Services Host Home to oversee all services within the Host Home program and supervise providers and individuals served in a mission-driven environment.

As QIDP lead, you will write program plans, ensure licensing compliance, manage finances, and build strong stakeholder relations while guiding a team of program supervisors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services required.
• Five years of related experience; exceptions by state (OH 1 year, PA 2 years).
• QMRP, QIDP, or QDDP certification preferred.
• Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance if driving for the company.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Host Home programs and supervise providers.
• Write and approve individual program plans; train Program Supervisors.
• Audit records for accuracy and completeness; timely incident reporting.
• Maintain relationships with individuals, families, and stakeholders; advocate on behalf of individuals.
• Ensure licensing compliance and budget monitoring; review monthly invoices.
• Recruitment and onboarding of staff; supervise Program Supervisors and Recruiter.
• Organize on-site orientation and training; monitor compliance and scheduling.
• Lead annual evaluations for staff in consultation with Area Director.
