Job summary

REM Community Services, part of Sevita, seeks a Program Director for IDD Services Host Home to supervise the Host Home program, ensure compliance, and lead the care team. You will oversee program plans, licensing, budgeting, and stakeholder relations to deliver high-quality services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

The role emphasizes supervision of Program Supervisors, training, and program development to promote growth and safety within the Host Home network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services required.
• Five years of related experience.
• Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance if driving.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented with ability to multi-task.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to collect information from different sources.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate team and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all services within the Host Home program and supervise providers.
• Write and approve individual program plans; train Program Supervisors with implementation of plans.
• Audit records and program documentation for accuracy and completion.
• Oversee licensing compliance and ensure timely incident reporting.
• Oversee budgeting, census management, and billing documentation.
• Direct staff recruitment, orientation, scheduling, and evaluations.
