Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and car insurance.
• Must be able to pass all background checks.
• Prefer at least one year experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide supports to a person with a developmental disability in your home to meet wants and needs per the Iowa Medicaid waiver; may include ADLs, meal planning, transportation, medications, and implementing the Individual Support Plan.
