P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring immediately for full-time or part-time Hosts or Hostesses. The Host will deliver an excellent hospitality experience by guiding guests, greeting and seating them, and managing wait times with accuracy and warmth.

No prior experience is required as on-the-job training is provided. We value friendly service, sanitation discipline, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced team setting.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Excellent customer service and etiquette.
• Ability to follow sanitation and safety procedures.
• Effective communication with guests and coworkers.
• Flexible to work a variety of shifts.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Interact courteously with Guests (answer phones, greet Guests, seat Guests, make reservations, take food orders).
• Uphold safety and sanitation standards by completing sanitation practices at front door, host desk, lobby area and crowd control.
• Learn restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food.
• Set and clear a table neatly and efficiently according to PF Chang's specifications.
• Learn curbside process and takeout expectations.
• Conducts side-work as required for each shift.
