P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring immediately for full-time or part-time Host or Hostesses.

The Host role delivers an excellent hospitality experience by managing the overall flow of the restaurant and by providing a warm, professional first and last impression to every guest. Responsibilities include greeting and seating guests, answering phones, learning the restaurant layout, maintaining sanitation at the front door and lobby, and supporting curbside and takeout expectations.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required—we will train you.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Interact courteously with Guests (answer phones, greet Guests, seat Guests, make reservations, take food orders)
• Uphold safety and sanitation standards by completing sanitation practices at the front desk and lobby
• Learn seating layout, server areas, and how to deliver food
• Set and clear tables neatly and efficiently according to brand specifications
• Learn curbside process and takeout expectations
• Conducts side-work as required for each shift
