Sweetwaters Fort Lauderdale, a modern seafood-forward waterfront restaurant, is opening Oct 2026 and seeks a Host/Hostess to welcome guests, escort them to tables, manage seating, answer calls, and ensure an exceptional dining experience from arrival to farewell.

You will join a founding team focused on polished service, exceptional ingredients, and a high level of hospitality, helping shape the guest journey and interdepartmental collaboration from day one.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and make them feel welcome.
• Escort guests to their table and manage seating arrangements.
• Respond to guest inquiries and phone calls and direct to appropriate staff.
• Maintain seating charts and coordinate with team to optimize guest flow.
• Assist fellow team members and other departments to sustain positive working relationships.

Job Summary
