White Lodging is hiring a guest-focused team member to welcome diners, seat guests, manage reservations, and maintain a clean entryway. You will serve as an ambassador, know the menu, and handle payments while upholding a safe, collaborative work environment.

This role requires flexibility to work weekends and evenings, with compensation starting at $15.00 per hour. Indiana license training is provided by the company.

Qualifications

• An outgoing and sociable personality.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• A passion for service with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to handle high volume and work under pressure.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
• Availability to work weekends, nights, and holidays as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Effectively assign servers to sections, manage reservations, and assign guests to tables.
• Maintain the restaurant entryway and complete all necessary side work and cleaning tasks.

• Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes; accurately answer any guest questions.
• Process all payment methods.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation starts at $15.00 an hour!
