White Lodging is seeking energetic servers in Raleigh, NC to deliver exceptional hospitality and personal guest connections. You’ll help guests with menu knowledge, drink and food recommendations, and a welcoming atmosphere across busy shifts.

You should enjoy fast-paced service, maintain professional presentation, and work well with a team to ensure memorable experiences while handling payments and closing duties.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and work weekends.
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality service to all guests with friendly conversation and recommendations.
• Complete set up, side work, and closing duties.
• Know menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes; answer guest questions.
• Ensure guest satisfaction with food and beverage quality and presentation.
• Promote teamwork and maintain a friendly, safe work environment.
• Process payments and complete end-of-shift paperwork.
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance and hospitality ambassadors.
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver exemplary hospitality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

What You'll Do

• A server will provide high quality service to all guests, creating personal connections through friendly conversation intuitive suggestions, and engaging surroundings
• Complete all necessary set up, side work, and closing duties
• Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes. Accurately answer any guest questions
• Ensure guest satisfaction with food and drink quality and presentation
• Promote teamwork and contribute to creating a friendly and safe work environment
• Process all payment methods and complete end-of-shift paperwork
• Be an ambassador of our establishment by maintaining a neat and professional personal appearance
• Anticipate guest needs and offer exemplary hospitality
• Perform other duties as assigned

What You'll Bring

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience always helps but is not required.
