White Lodging is seeking a friendly and professional server to join our hospitality team in Austin, TX. You will greet guests, learn menu items, maintain clean tables, and deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.

This role emphasizes collaboration with servers and host staff, accurate order taking, and friendly guest interactions. We support growth, benefits from Day 1, and opportunities across our hotels.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all tables are clean and properly set while assisting the Food Runner as needed.
• Work closely and maintain excellent communication with servers; assist with table maintenance, clearing, marking, and beverage delivery.
• Anticipate guest needs and offer exemplary hospitality, always exhibiting professionalism and friendliness.
• Learn to operate the Host Stand.
• Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes, accurately answering any guest questions.
• Perform all cleaning, opening, and closing duties as assigned.
• Process all payment methods.
• Be an ambassador of our establishment by maintaining a neat and professional appearance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
