Job summary

White Lodging in Indianapolis is seeking a friendly bartender/food service associate to deliver exceptional guest experiences while crafting beverages and representing the brand. The role emphasizes hospitality, attentiveness, and a positive demeanor to ensure guests feel welcome from first interaction to last impression.

You will maintain a clean station, handle payments, stay knowledgeable on menu items, and contribute to a welcoming environment across shifts.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, social personality with a passion for guest service.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and product quality.
• Previous experience is a plus but not required.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
