Job summary

Eggs Up Grill in Laurens, SC is seeking a friendly Host/Hostess to greet guests, manage seating, and set the tone for a memorable visit. You will be the face guests see first and last, welcoming them with a smile and guiding them to tables in a fast-paced, guest-obsessed environment.

This role requires English communication, basic computer skills, and the ability to multi-task during busy periods. Weekend and holiday availability is required, excluding Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Responsibilities

• Understand our Guest-Obsessed culture and do whatever it takes to create a positive and memorable guest experience
• Welcome guests warmly by opening the door, smiling, and making eye contact as they enter the restaurant
• Seat guests at their own pace, handing the appropriate menu(s) to each guest after they're seated
• Communicate with servers and managers regarding availability of tables, seating of large parties, or special requests so that guests receive seamless service
• Handle guests' complaints by listening to their concerns, always informing a manager, and resolving issues PLUS ONE to ensure overall guest satisfaction

Job description

Full-time Part-time $13.00 - $18.00 per hour

Our hours of operation are 6:00am - 2:00pm.

AHost/Hostessis the first and last person the guest sees: you are the face of the restaurant! As a Host/Hostess, you will be a member of a cohesive team that supports each other's success in a fast-paced environment.
