Job summary

Eggs Up Grill in Easley, SC is seeking a personable Server to create memorable guest experiences by recommending menu items and delivering hospitality in a fast-paced setting. You will be part of a cohesive team that supports each other’s success while providing attentive service.

You will handle orders, check in with guests, answer questions about the menu, and contribute to daily tip-outs. Growth opportunities exist within a welcoming, customer-focused environment.

• Ability to understand and follow direction from others.
• Ability to listen, understand, and respond to team member and guest requests in a loud environment.
• Skill and coordination when using hands to write, pour, and carry several drinks, plates, and bowls at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Understand our Guest-Obsessed culture and do whatever it takes to create a positive and memorable guest experience
• Make food and drink recommendations to guests and answer all menu- and service-related questions
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in with each table regularly and anticipating guests' needs
• Completing server stations/FOH cleaning tasks
• Handle guests' complaints by listening to their concerns, always informing a manager, and resolving issues PLUS ONE to ensure overall guest satisfaction

Job description

Our hours of operation are 6:00am - 2:00pm.

As a Server, you will create memorable guest experiences by making great food and beverage recommendations and serving delicious items. You will be a member of a cohesive team whose members support each other's success in a fast-paced environment.
