Wentworth By The Sea is hiring for part time and full time Hosts to join our guest-focused team. You will warmly greet guests, take reservations, seat guests in a timely fashion, and help manage the waiting list during peak hours.

The ideal candidate has courteous phone skills and strong communication, previous experience is a plus, and a willingness to learn our standards. We offer comprehensive benefits and a friendly work environment.

Competenze

• High School Diploma/GED is a plus but not required.
• Previous hospitality experience is a plus.
• Courteous phone skills and ability to take accurate messages.

Mansioni

• Greeting guests in a friendly and inviting manner
• Take reservations with the restaurant reservation system
• Engaging in friendly conversation as you seat guests in a timely fashion
• Managing restaurant waiting list during high volume to accurately set waiting time quotes for guests
• Manage inventory of tables available
• Always sincerely thanking guests as they leave and inviting them to return
• Other reasonable duties as assigned
• Communicate with wait staff and supervisors regarding availability of tables
• Communicate with supervisor any complaints or compliments
• Adhere to the rules and regulations of the company as defined in the employee handbook
• Always wear appropriate uniform provided by company policy
