Job summary

Opal Collection is seeking a friendly and professional Server to provide exceptional dining experiences. You will greet guests, take orders, and ensure satisfaction throughout their visit, working closely with kitchen and restaurant staff to uphold high hospitality standards.

This role requires excellent communication, a positive attitude, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays. Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k), and free meals during shifts, plus resort and hotel discounts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED a plus but not required.
• Previous experience a plus.
• Must have courteous phone skills and the ability to take accurate messages.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a timely manner with a professional friendly tone.
• Provide attentive, efficient, friendly service following SOPs.
• Willing to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays.
• Complete all opening side work to prepare for the shift.
• Complete all closing side work at end of shift.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
• Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods.
• Follow all policies and procedures.
• Maintain personal hygiene, grooming, clean uniform, and professional appearance.
• Be punctual when reporting to work and clock in only after being in full uniform.
• Maintain cleanliness of all dining and patio areas.

The Server is responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences by delivering friendly, attentive, and professional service to guests. This role includes greeting guests, taking food and beverage orders, serving meals accurately and efficiently, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience. Servers must have excellent communication skills, maintain a positive attitude, and work collaboratively with kitchen and restaurant team members to uphold the highest standards of hospitality.
