MAX’s Tavern & Max’s Swing Lounge, located inside the Basketball Hall of Fame in Springfield, MA, seeks a friendly Host with open availability to join the Max Hospitality team. You will greet guests, manage reservations, support events, and ensure a smooth, memorable dining experience in a dynamic, high-energy environment.

Ideal candidates have experience in guest-facing roles in fine-dining or upscale-casual settings, familiarity with reservation systems like OpenTable, and a polished,

Qualifications

• Experience in a guest-facing role in a fine-dining or upscale-casual setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
• Manage dining room reservations and assist with party or event arrangements.
• Provide special services for guests celebrating occasions.
• Assist with to-go orders, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
• Coordinate guest seating and manage dining room flow during busy times.
• Maintain a clean, organized front-of-house environment and professional atmosphere.
• Collaborate with management to ensure smooth service and assist with ad hoc tasks as needed.
