Qualifications

• Experience as a server with lead responsibilities in a restaurant.
• Two years of serving experience with supervisory exposure.
• Detail oriented, organized, and able to manage a staff.
• TIPS and ServSafe certifications required within 90 days of hire.
• OpenTable knowledge is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain POS and labor program, and 7Shifts; coordinate with Toast data.
• Enter daily sales data and perform price checks.
• Monitor OpenTable reservations daily and manage seating.
• Coordinate events with the events team for private dining rooms.
• Post new hire Welcome Announcement and ensure proper paperwork.
• Uphold Max Hospitality mission and policies; ensure compliance.

This includes organization of the current database coordinated with the listings in Toast.Daily entry and price checking of invoices.Accurate sales reporting of all products in the POS which means that all products in the restaurant inventory must be listed and available to the sales staffMaintaining the restaurant’s zero tolerance to variances.Review Max Mission Statement and handbook with new hires.Ensure all new employee files and paperwork are filled out correctly and information is entered into Toast/CrunchTime.Post new hire “Welcome Announcement”Monitor OpenTableMonitor reservations daily to make sure that all information is being entered onto the reservation sheets correctly.Coordinate events with the event coordinator to ensure that space is being blocked off when the private dining room is being used.Diversity Creates a Healthy Atmosphere:Max Hospitality is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
