Max’s Tavern and Max’s Swing Lounge, located inside the Basketball Hall of Fame in Springfield, MA, are seeking a Busser with open availability to support a polished dining room and welcoming guest experience in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, professionalism, and a commitment to cleanliness, with benefits and growth opportunities provided by the Max Hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Busser or Support Server in a restaurant or hotel setting preferred
• Familiarity with table service flow and guest interaction etiquette
• Comfort in high-volume environments

Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables efficiently and discreetly to support fast table turnover
• Keep dining and service areas tidy and fully stocked throughout the shift
• Assist in water and bread service, or food running as needed
• Help with setup and breakdown of service stations and dining areas
• Work closely with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless guest service
• Maintain a warm and professional presence in the dining room at all times
