Max’s Tavern and Max’s Swing Lounge, located inside the Basketball Hall of Fame in Springfield, MA, are seeking a reliable Dishwasher to join our back-of-house team. You’ll help maintain a clean, organized dishwashing area and support the culinary team in a high-energy setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a dishwasher in a restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
• Comfort working in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Willingness to learn basic food prep tasks is a plus.
• Strong work ethic and a team-first attitude.
• Attention to cleanliness, detail, and organization.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils, ensuring all are clean and sanitized.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing station and overall kitchen.
• Restock clean kitchenware and service ware in proper locations.
• Assist with kitchen cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, and trash disposal.
• Support the culinary team with basic prep tasks when needed.
• Uphold all health and safety standards in accordance with company and local guidelines.
