Job summary

Snooze Pima Crossing (Scottsdale) is looking for a friendly, energetic Host to welcome guests, manage the waitlist, and help our team provide a warm, breakfast-focused dining experience.

As a Host, you’ll maintain the host stand and coffee station, seat guests promptly, answer phones, and assist with to-go orders and restocking. Flexible hours, weekly pay, and benefits for full-time teammates make Snooze a great place to grow.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 17 years old and eligible to work in the US.
• Familiar with POS and iPad systems.
• Friendly, energetic and reliable team player.

Responsibilities

• Maintain host stand, coffee station, and outside patio area
• Welcome each Guest into our home and thank them when they leave
• Seat each Guest in a timely manner and effectively manage the waitlist Ipad system
• If on a wait keep the crowd excited and having FUN!!
• Answer phones, place to-go orders, and enter them into the POS system
• Inspect and refresh restrooms every 30 minutes
• Respond appropriately to Guest requests. Communicate Guest requests to Server needed
• Assist teammates as needed with food delivery and bussing tables

The Position Specifics Taking on the role of Host isn’t just bacon and pancakes. The Snooze experience starts and ends with you! The responsibilities of this position include:

Certification Requirements

All county required food and alcohol serving certifications must be obtained prior to employment.
