Snooze Kierland in Scottsdale is hiring a Host to greet guests, manage seating and the waitlist, take to-go orders, and support the team. The role emphasizes a friendly, welcoming service and efficient guest flow in a fast-paced breakfast environment.

Qualifications

• At least 17 years old and authorized to work in the US.
• Prior experience recommended, not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain host stand, coffee station, and outside patio area.
• Welcome each Guest into our home and thank them when they leave.
• Seat each Guest in a timely manner and manage the waitlist with the iPad system.
• Answer phones, place to-go orders, and enter them into the POS system.
• Inspect and refresh restrooms every 30 minutes.
• Assist teammates with food delivery and bussing tables.

The Position Specifics

Taking on the role of Host isn’t just bacon and pancakes.

The Snooze experience starts and ends with you! The responsibilities of this position include:

• Maintain host stand, coffee station, and outside patio area
• Welcome each Guest into our home and thank them when they leave
• Seat each Guest in a timely manner and e effectively manage the waitlist Ipad system
• If on a wait keep the crowd excited and having FUN!!
• A nswer phones, plac e to-go orders, and enter them into the POS system
• Inspect and refresh restrooms every 30 minutes
• Respond appropriately to Guest requests. Communicate Guest requests to Server needed
• Assist teammates as needed with food delivery and bussing tables
