Job summary

Snooze is hiring a Host to welcome guests, manage the host stand, and support kitchen and service staff in a fast-paced breakfast spot in Webster, TX.

You’ll greet guests, manage the waitlist, answer phones, assist with seating, and help with busing tables and order entry. The role offers weekly pay, a friendly team, and opportunities to grow.

Must be energetic, able to stand long shifts, and pass county food-service certifications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain host stand, coffee station, and outside patio area
• Welcome each Guest into our home and thank them when they leave
• Seat each Guest in a timely manner and effectively manage the waitlist Ipad system
• If on a wait keep the crowd excited and having FUN!!
• Answer phones, place to-go orders, and enter them into the POS system
• Inspect and refresh restrooms every 30 minutes
• Respond appropriately to Guest requests. Communicate Guest requests to Server as needed
• Assist teammates as needed with food delivery and bussing tables

The Position Specifics Taking on the role of Host isn’t just bacon and pancakes. The Snooze experience starts and ends with you! The responsibilities of this position include:

Is This Role For you?
Hosts at Snooze are...

• fun, energetic, eager, and a committed team member
• familiar with basic knowledge of Snooze service
• familiar with POS and iPad systems
• able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 9 hours)
• able to safely lift and easily maneuver up to 20 pounds
• are at least 17 years of age and authorized to work in the US
• Prior experience recommended, not required

Certification Requirements

All county required food and alcohol serving certifications must be obtained prior to employment.
