Job summary

Snooze in Colorado Springs is hiring a Host to welcome guests, maintain the host stand and coffee station, seat guests promptly, manage the waitlist, and assist teammates with service. You’ll help create a lively, friendly dining experience every morning.

This role offers weekly pay, a $15 per shift breakfast allowance, and full-time benefits including medical, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, 401(k) plans, plus paid volunteer days and extra perks like birthday meals and team

Qualifications

• Must be fun, energetic, eager, and a committed team member.
• Familiar with Snooze service.
• Familiar with POS and iPad systems.
• Able to stand for long periods (up to 9 hours).
• Able to lift up to 20 pounds.
• At least 17 years old and authorized to work in the US.
• Prior experience recommended but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain host stand, coffee station, and outside patio area
• Welcome each Guest into our home and thank them when they leave
• Seat each Guest in a timely manner and effectively manage the waitlist Ipad system
• If on a wait keep the crowd excited and having FUN!!
• Answer phones, place to-go orders, and enter them into the POS system
• Inspect and refresh restrooms every 30 minutes
• Respond appropriately to Guest requests. Communicate Guest requests to Server as needed
• Assist teammates as needed with food delivery and bussing tables

The Position Specifics

Taking on the role of Host isn’t just bacon and pancakes. The Snooze experience starts and ends with you!

Certification Requirements

All county required food and alcohol serving certifications must be obtained prior to employment.
