Job summary

Bandana’s BBQ in OFallon, MO is seeking team members to deliver guests’ dining experience with hospitality and speed. You will take care of guests, prepare and serve items to spec, and contribute to a warm, welcoming atmosphere in a clean environment.

Our mission and motto guide daily training to ensure consistency; you’ll be part of a program focused on great hospitality, timing, and making guests feel at home.

Qualifications

• Delivers the mission statement and motto to guests consistently.
• Ability to speak, read and write the primary language of the work location.
• Ability to use computer system to input order information.
• Guest sensitivity and sense of timing for dining elements.
• Must be able to stand for periods of up to six hours.
• Ability to clean tables, booths and floors in all areas.
• Follows proper uniform standards.

• Must be guest sensitive and possess a sense of timing to serve different elements of dining experience at proper time (drinks, food, and dessert).
• Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to six hours in length.
• Ability to wipe down tabletops, table legs, pick up debris off the floor and wipe down booth seats in all areas of the restaurant.
