Kizuki Ramen in Honolulu, HI is seeking friendly Hosts for both part-time and full-time schedules to welcome guests and manage seating. You will be the first impression, seat guests, and assist with waitlists and dining flow in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Requirements include at least 1 year in customer service or related fields, fluency in English, strong communication, and a willingness to learn and grow with the team. We offer equal opportunity employment.

Responsabilités

• Monitor restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Performs opening and closing duties, as needed.
• Answer phone calls and redirect inquiries.
• Assist others with side work including, but not limited to cleaning, stocking, packaging to go orders, etc.
• Help fellow team members and other departments wherever needed.
• Other duties as assigned
