Job summary

Snooze Perimeter is seeking a friendly Host to warmly welcome guests, manage seating, and coordinate with servers to ensure a smooth dining flow. You’ll work in a fast-paced, breakfast-forward environment that values hospitality and teamwork.

Responsibilities include maintaining the host stand, handling calls and to-go orders, and keeping restrooms clean and stocked. Must be 17+ and able to stand for long periods; prior hosting is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be 17 years or older and authorized to work in the US.
• Familiar with POS and iPad systems.
• Previous hosting experience preferred, not required.
• Ability to stand for long periods (up to 9 hours).
• Able to lift and maneuver up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain host stand, coffee station, and outside patio area
• Welcome each guest into our home and thank them when they leave
• Seat each guest in a timely manner and manage the waitlist with the iPad system
• Answer phones, place to-go orders, and enter them into the POS system
• Inspect and refresh restrooms every 30 minutes
• Assist teammates with food delivery and bussing tables

The Position Specifics

Taking on the role of Host isn’t just bacon and pancakes. The Snooze experience starts and ends with you! The responsibilities of this position include:

• Maintain host stand, coffee station, and outside patio area
• Welcome each Guest into our home and thank them when they leave
• Seat each Guest in a timely manner and e effectively manage the waitlist Ipad system
• If on a wait keep the crowd excited and having FUN!!
• Answer phones, place to-go orders, and enter them into the POS system
• Inspect and refresh restrooms every 30 minutes
• Respond appropriately to Guest requests. Communicate Guest requests to Server as needed
• Assist teammates as needed with food delivery and bussing tables

Certification Requirements

All county required food and alcohol serving certifications must be obtained prior to employment.
