Job summary

Snooze Cedar Park is seeking a friendly, energetic Host to greet guests, manage seating, and maintain the front-of-house flow in our busy breakfast spot. You will seat guests promptly, manage the waitlist on our iPad system, and ensure a warm welcome for every guest.

We offer weekly pay and an hourly rate of $14–$17, plus benefits like medical, dental and vision, a 401(k), telehealth, and a birthday meal. Holiday closures include Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 17 years old and authorized to work in the US.
• County food and alcohol serving certifications must be obtained prior to employment.
• Standing for up to 9 hours is required.
• Experience in customer service is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain host stand, coffee station, and outside patio area
• Welcome each Guest into our home and thank them when they leave
• Seat each Guest in a timely manner and effectively manage the waitlist via iPad
• Answer phones, place to-go orders, and enter them into the POS system
• Inspect and refresh restrooms every 30 minutes; respond to Guest requests
• Assist teammates with food delivery and bussing tables

The Position Specifics

Taking on the role of Host isn’t just bacon and pancakes. The Snooze experience starts and ends with you! The responsibilities of this position include:

• Maintain host stand, coffee station, and outside patio area

• able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 9 hours)
• able to safely lift and easily maneuver up to 20 pounds
• are at least 17 years of age and authorized to work in the US
• Prior experience recommended, not required

Certification Requirements

All county required food and alcohol serving certifications must be obtained prior to employment.
