Snooze Southglenn in Centennial, CO is hiring a Host with a starting earning potential of $15.16–$16.50 per hour. Weekly pay and a benefits package accompany this role, which starts and ends with a warm Snooze experience for every guest.

The position involves greeting guests, managing seating and waitlists, handling calls and to-go orders, and maintaining a clean, welcoming host stand and coffee station. Applicants should be at least 17 and able to stand for up to 9 hours and lift up to 20

The Position Specifics

Taking on the role of Host isn’t just bacon and pancakes. The Snooze experience starts and ends with you! The responsibilities of this position include:

• Maintain host stand, coffee station, and outside patio area
• Welcome each Guest into our home and thank them when they leave
• Seat each Guest in a timely manner and effectively manage the waitlist Ipad system
• If on a wait keep the crowd excited and having FUN!!
• Answer phones, place to-go orders, and enter them into the POS system
• Inspect and refresh restrooms every 30 minutes
• Respond appropriately to Guest requests. Communicate Guest requests to Server needed
• Assist teammates as needed with food delivery and bussing tables

• familiar with POS and iPad systems
• able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 9 hours)
• able to safely lift and easily maneuver up to 20 pounds
• are at least 17 years of age and authorized to work in the US
• Prior experience recommended, not required

Certification Requirements

All county required food and alcohol serving certificates must be obtained prior to employment.
