Job summary

Snooze Arvada is hiring a Host to welcome guests and manage seating, while maintaining the host stand, coffee station, and outdoor patio. You will greet guests, manage the waitlist, and coordinate seating to ensure a smooth dining flow.

The role requires familiarity with POS/iPad systems, a willingness to stand for long periods (up to 9 hours), and the ability to lift up to 20 pounds. Prior hosting or customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain host stand, coffee station, and outside patio area.

• Assist with food delivery and bussing tables.
• Ensure restrooms are inspected and refreshed every 30 minutes.

The Position Specifics

Taking on the role of Host isn’t just bacon and pancakes. The Snooze experience starts and ends with you! The responsibilities of this position include:

• Maintain host stand, coffee station, and outside patio area
• Welcome each Guest into our home and thank them when they leave
• Seat each Guest in a timely manner and effectively manage the waitlist Ipad system
• If on a wait keep the crowd excited and having FUN!!
• Answer phones, place to-go orders, and enter them into the POS system
• Inspect and refresh restrooms every 30 minutes
• Respond appropriately to Guest requests. Communicate Guest requests to Server needed
• Assist teammates as needed with food delivery and bussing tables

Certification Requirements

All county required food and alcohol serving certificates must be obtained prior to employment.
