Snooze – Who are we? is a full-service breakfast spot that values friendly, energetic hosts who make every guest feel at home. This role includes managing the host stand, seating, and waitlists, while collaborating with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.

You’ll work in a fast-paced morning environment with a strong emphasis on guest satisfaction. Candidates should be able to stand for up to 9 hours, lift up to 20 pounds, and have basic knowledge of Snooze service and iPad POS

Qualifications

• Friendly, guest-focused customer service experience preferred.
• Familiarity with POS and iPad systems.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain host stand, coffee station, and outside patio area.
• Welcome guests and thank them when they leave.
• Seat guests promptly and manage the waitlist using the iPad system.
• Answer phones, place to-go orders, and enter them into the POS system.
• Assist with food delivery and bussing tables; help with restroom refreshes every 30 minutes.

The Position Specifics

Taking on the role of Host isn’t just bacon and pancakes.
The Snooze experience starts and ends with you!

• Maintain host stand, coffee station, and outside patio area
• Welcome each Guest into our home and thank them when they leave
• Seat each Guest in a timely manner and e effectivly manage the waitlist Ipad system
• If on a wait keep the crowd excited and having FUN!!
• Answer phones, place to-go orders, and enter them into the POS system
• Inspect and refresh restrooms every 30 minutes
• Respond appropriately to Guest requests. Communicate Guest requests to Server needed
• Assist teammates as needed with food delivery and bussing tables

Is This Role For you?

Hosts at Snooze are fun, energetic, eager, and a committed team member. Familiar with basic knowledge of Snooze service. Familiar with POS and iPad systems. Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 9 hours). Able to safely lift and easily maneuver up to 20 pounds. Are at least 17 years of age and authorized to work in the US. Prior experience recommended, not required.

Certification Requirements

All county required food and alcohol serving certifications must be obtained prior to employment.
