Job summary

Wood Ranch BBQ & Grill, Inc. in Burbank, CA is seeking a friendly Host to greet guests, answer questions, and seat them promptly. You will manage the wait list and maintain a welcoming atmosphere throughout service.

Daily duties include engaging with guests, assisting with questions, and light cleaning while ensuring guests have a positive first impression and are invited to return.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months guest service experience
• Able to speak, read and understand English
• Demonstrated ability to interact with guests and fellow team members in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner
• Able to communicate well
• Able to work well under pressure and with a sense of urgency to meet deadline
• Able to effectively problem solve and analyze information
• Able to lift up to 20 lbs. as needed
• Able to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time
• Able to have continuous use of hands and arms; continous bending, reaching and twisting
