• Identify operational risks and escalate issues to minimize impact on operations.
• Coordinate facilities-related services and resolve related issues across locations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support workplace initiatives and improvement efforts.
• Manage weekly team schedules, timesheets, recruiting, onboarding, and coaching.
