Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver outstanding hospitality for arriving and departing guests. You will assist with luggage, guide guests, and manage vehicle parking and retrieval with care and efficiency.

The role requires a positive, customer-focused attitude, basic math, and the ability to communicate clearly. Part-time shifts include AM/PM schedules and potential benefits eligibility.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Ability to read and write standard English.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.

• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently; assist with luggage as needed.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations, and area information; relay messages as required.
• Explain parking rates and retrieve processes; ensure accurate ticketing and cash handling.
