The Guest Service Associate at Towne Park LLC delivers exceptional hospitality services to guests, parking and retrieving vehicles promptly and safely while assisting with luggage during arrival and departure.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Must hold a valid driver's license for the state you are applying to work, or within a commutable distance.
• One month related experience and/or training; OR equivalent education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitality services in a friendly and efficient manner while parking and retrieving guest vehicles.
• Assist guests with luggage and bell services as needed during arrival and departure.
• Explain parking rates, issue and collect claim checks, and maintain ticket information accurately.
• Greet guests, use professional salutations, and respond to inquiries about local amenities and directions.
• Maintain a pleasant demeanor and follow Towne Park procedures and safety guidelines.
