Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate in Surfside, FL to deliver hospitality as guests arrive and depart. You will park and retrieve vehicles, assist with luggage, and provide directions and local information with a friendly, efficient approach.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and excellent guest relations, with scheduling that may include AM/PM shifts and open availability, and benefits such as a 401k plan.

Formación

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Licensure: Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state you are applying to work.
• Work Experience: One month related experience or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge: Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests, co-workers and clients.
• Greet guests with a professional demeanor and use guest last names where appropriate.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and assist with bell services and luggage storage.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations and information about local amenities and attractions.
• Explain parking rates, issue and collect claim checks, and manage ticket information.
