Join CAVA as a Team Leader in Winston-Salem, NC, where we bring the mission, values, and guest-focused service to life daily. As a TL, you’ll lead the team, promote a positive work environment, and ensure standards are met while supporting training and development across the crew.

You’ll open and close the restaurant, manage food orders, inventory, and cash handling, and help keep food safety and cleanliness at the center of every shift.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent guest experiences and maintain restaurant standards.
• Lead and develop Team Members to support growth and performance.
• Coach, mentor, and cross-train staff as the business grows.
• Maintain strong guest relations and resolve issues promptly.
• Support opening/closing duties, cash handling, and food safety practices.
• Assist deployment of best practices on scheduled shifts to ensure service.

Responsibilities
