Job summary

USHG Home Office in New York, NY is seeking a Talent Manager to lead full-cycle recruiting for our hospitality brands. You’ll act as the interview journey’s host, partner with the Talent Team and Operations, and build diverse pipelines to support growth.

You have 1–2 years of hospitality recruiting experience, the ability to influence senior leaders, and strong communication and negotiation skills. On-site role in our New York home office with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in hospitality.
• Experience leading searches and placing applicants across levels.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders and influence by example.
• Strong written and verbal presentation and negotiation skills.
• Creative, timely, and cost-effective methods to attract top candidates.
• Knowledge of hospitality industry and USHG culture.
• Sound HR judgment with a sense of urgency.
• Bachelor’s degree; SHRM Certification preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of UKG ATS preferred but not required.
• Ability to work on-site in our New York home office.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for USHG restaurants, cafes, and bars.
• Partner with hiring managers to build strong talent pipelines.
• Manage candidate engagement from identification to offer.
• Represent USHG with external communities and events.
• Coordinate on-site and off-site recruiting events.
• Support referral programs and collaboration with People Team.
